We understand that you face a mammoth challenge of liability awareness and loss prevention in your residential community. It is imperative, therefore, that our guards are knowledgeable of gated residential communities and the security concerns associated with its operations. We therefore have developed security training programs for our staff assigned to your property.  These programs will be conducted in addition to our general security modules. Our guards are outfitted with Antigua’s most attractive security uniforms to compliment the expensive aesthetics of your property. Our uniforms are first class.

Each patrol guard is issued with a utility belt containing pepper spray, expandable batons, flashlights, handcuffs. Patrol guards are also issued with patrol route recorders. These simple electronic machines allow us and you to control the guards patrol routes as well as verify daily that the guards are up and patrolling through the night. Commencing September 2008, guards are subjected to random drug tests at regular intervals.

Code of Conduct

Guards will be held by our company to strict code of conduct. Our management has put significant time and effort into the development of a unique Security Human Resource Management program.  This program has been implemented as of January 2008. It is designed to maintain the highest standard of conduct by our security guards through the application of performance assessments, incentives and rewards, and, where necessary, disciplinary actions.
